Formally launched in 2021, we are a national platform with a mission to build a health and care system that works for rural residents and communities. We are a vital resource for those leveraging State Rural Health Transformation Programs (RHTP).
Why us? St. Louis has a long-standing track record in health and ag-tech innovation. For the past 25 years, BioSTL, our parent organization, has built on the region’s scientific strength as well as our geographic proximity and deep ties with America’s rural heartland.

We are currently contracted by the Missouri and Kansas RHTPs and in negotiations with 10 other states. In addition, we have growing partnerships with global hubs and their rural programs. We continuously learn from our partners in and outside of the U.S. and identify the most successful and innovative solutions for implementation.
In the coming weeks, we will share national case studies and emerging archetypes of implementation models.
