At Mercy, she served as the Chief Experience Officer and Vice President of Product Development, where she spearheaded transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing patient engagement and operational efficiency. Her work reflects a profound understanding of the healthcare landscape and a commitment to solving its most pressing challenges.
With a strong educational foundation, Kristin earned her MBA from Saint Louis University and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business, complemented by a minor in Finance. This academic background equips her with both a global perspective and financial acumen, enabling her to approach complex issues with clarity and insight.
Kristin's professional journey is characterized by her mastery of human-centered design, lean facilitation, and process re-engineering. These skills have been pivotal in developing innovative products and solutions that address both patient and organizational needs. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she has sat on several not-for-profit boards and is currently a board member for the Loyola Academy of St.Louis, a Catholic, Jesuit, upper-elementary and middle school for boys who have the potential for college preparatory work, but whose progress may be impeded by economic or social circumstances.
